Scott Robinson's experience in property sales, leasing, management, and consulting related to industrial and commercial property stretches back to 1986. Mr. Robinson's areas of expertise include listing properties and acting as the exclusive client representative in the search for suitable properties for investors and users.
A cross section of Mr. Robinson's clients includes Safeway Corporation, Sherwin-Williams Company and RPM Merit Corporation, all nationally recognized firms. Mr. Robinson has also represented many well-established East Bay businesses. such as Royal Coffee. Inc., A Separate Arrangement. BMP Engineering/Seismic Company, North Atlantic Books/Conari Press. Union Street Glass, Moz Designs. and Linford Services Company. Mr. Robinson has always been committed co-actively participating in organizations affecting the Real Estate industry.
Previous positions held include: Chairman of the Membership Committee and member of the Board of Directors. Northern California Commercial Association of Realtors; Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors, Oakland Association of Realtors; Chairman of the Seismic Committee and member of the ten-person Standards Committee, City of Oakland. He has also served as Chairman of the Government Relations Committee and as a member of the Board of Trustees for BORPAC.
To stay current on issues affecting the Real Estate industry, Mr. Robinson attends relevant seminars and networking functions. He has also completed all courses required for and has earned the State of California Broker's license. Prior to forming Robinson McNally Company in 1991, Mr. Robinson worked at The Sutherland Company and Hamilton-Cohn-Gerow Associates, two established East Bay industrial and commercial real estate firms.
Mr. Robinson earned his B.A. degree in political science with an emphasis in Real Estate economics from U.C. Santa Barbara. Mr. Robinson's greatest assets are his wealth of experience at an early age and his "can-do" attitude, vital in the production of all business real estate needs.
