Peter McNally's commercial real estate career in industrial and business property began in 1984. His expertise includes re-positioning properties to meet current market conditions, sub-dividing obsolete properties for higher uses, and exploring new uses of an existing facility to minimize vacancy. Mr. McNally's experience is rooting in the appraisal of existing and proposed projects for mortgage lending, purchase and development feasibility, institutional portfolio valuation, securities registration, foreclosure and corporate liquidation and federal regulatory review.
Mr. McNally has since directed his skills to real estate consulting and marketing to include: Strategic marketing design and execution for entrepreneurial, institutional, and corporate clients. Buyer and tenant representation. Research and analysis of various commercial, industrial and institutional real estate projects. Highest and Best Use analysis for adaptive re-use of existing projects and for development of vacant land.

Prior to forming Robinson McNally, Mr. McNally developed his experience with The Sutherland Company, Cushman & Wakefield, and Consolidated Capital. Mr. McNally achieved an advanced M.A.I. (Member Appraisal Institute) candidate status and has completed The Appraisal Institute courses. Mr. McNally's strong affiliation with the appraisal community assures a constant source of current, objective comparable market data. Mr. McNally furthered his career with earning his California State Real Estate Broker's License.
As a recent director of the Emeryville Chamber of Commerce, Mr. McNally keeps abreast of critical issues facing the business community in one of the most active East Bay real estate markets. Mr. McNally is also active in the Berkeley Real Estate Associates, and the West Oakland Commerce Association.
Mr. McNally earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree with an emphasis in Real Estate Economics from U.C. Berkeley.
